Bread for Today.
Hope for Tomorrow.
The Lechem Foundation impacts communities in partnership with soup kitchens and community partners in and beyond Windhoek. Our purpose is to alleviate hunger and uplift livelihoods through whole-person, sustainable support.

Our Vision: Impacting Communities
Alleviate Hunger
We support and supply soup kitchens that provide meals to the elderly and vulnerable children, addressing immediate nutritional needs with dignity and care.
Uplift Livelihoods
We better the lives and livelihoods of people and communities by offering or facilitating training programmes that develop employability skills, personal and spiritual growth and social responsibility.
Whole-person Care
We nurture the spiritual well-being of individuals and communities by equipping community leaders, and the staff and volunteers of soup kitchens with the knowledge and skills to share and exemplify the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Sustainable support
We promote long-term sustainability by developing agricultural and other self-sustaining community programs, fostering community ownership and engagement in all projects.
