Join our team for a soup kitchen visit. We prepare and serve a hot meal alongside the kitchen's own volunteers, and spend time with the people who come to eat. No experience is needed — a Lechem team leader is with you throughout.
Getting there
We travel together. Everyone meets at 100 Tunschel Street, Pioneers Park, Windhoek and we go in one vehicle. Please be there by 13:30 — the vehicle cannot wait.
What to bring
Comfortable clothing and closed shoes you do not mind getting dirty, and enough water for the whole visit. Please leave valuables at home.
Under 18?
A parent or guardian must complete and sign a consent and indemnity form, and hand it to the team leader before departure. Download the consent form (PDF)
