Leader's Retreat
Once a year, Lechem Foundation invites its partner soup kitchens to a retreat—a chance to build stronger bonds, share ideas, and support one another in serving our communities.
Stepping away from daily demands gives us time and space to connect, strengthen our partnerships, and encourage one another in our roles as frontline leaders.
Who can join?
Leaders of existing partner soup kitchens who are responsible for decision-making, together with two team members they trust to run the soup kitchen program in their absence.
